Different observation sets can be loaded by selecting File, Open from the menu and browsing to the set you want to open. Alternatively, you can click on the data path in the lower left of the window to open the file open dialog box.
When you load another observation set on the PC, the observation set on your handheld will no longer match. To force the new observation set onto your handheld, you'll need to perform a special hotsync. Please see the topic Syncing Observation Sets for an explanation of the procedure.
Caution:If you have observations on your handheld that have not been synced to the PC, you should wait to change to a new observation set until after you perform a "normal" hotsync. Otherwise, the observations will be lost.
Caution:You shouldn't perform a hotsync while Observer is running. Unpredictable results may occur.
