Observer Program for PC and Palm OS Handhelds

Observer is designed to assist administrators in recording classroom observations and walk-throughs There are three components:

1.

a PC program for creating and manipulating observation sets on your personal computer, as well as recording observation data,

2.

a handheld program for recording observation data on your Palm-based handheld, and

3.

a sync component for syncronizing the PC and handheld data.

Licensing

Observer is not free software. It's shareware. You may use it for free during the evaluation period. After the evaluation period you are requested to pay the registration fee if you would like to continue using it.
