Observer is such a simple program, that context-sensitive help has not been included in the program. When you select Observer Help from the Help menu or press the F1 key, the help file you are now reading will open.
Accessing this Help File Independently
You can access the help file you are now reading independently of Observer by clicking the Start button, then Programs, Observer, Observer Help.
