Progress Reports can be generated for selected students or the entire class. You select the types of information you want to appear on your reports. Print reports in Spanish for selected students.
Publish Reports to the Internet. In addition to traditional, printed reports, Grade Point has an option to create progress reports as web pages. You can also send an online report to a parent via e-mail.
Grade Book Pages are printed in a format that reflects an actual paper grade book layout.
Attendance Page can be configured to use the attendance codes your district requires.
Anecdotal Records can be maintained for each student and printed out in narrative form. They can also be imported into your favorite word processor.
Student Pictures can be inserted into each student record. This is a great help with student recognition at the beginning of the year.
Missing Assignment Summary keeps you informed of all assignments that students have not turned it.
Grade and Attendance Summary provides grades for the entire class in all subjects on one page. Very convenient when working on report cards. A final grade summary for the entire year can also be created.
Remediation Summary shows you which students had trouble on each assignment. This is a good starting point for conducting flexible small-group remediation.
Checklist provides a generic checklist that can be used for a variety of purposes.
Roster creates student contact information for the entire class on a single page.
Seating Chart allows you to experiment with new room arrangements, provides a handy tool for substitutes, and allows you access to attendance and anecdotal notes.
Mailing Labels can be printed with a few mouse clicks on an ink jet or laser printer. Save time when addressing parent letters or progress reports that you mail.
