Data Path
The description of where your data is located. This is a way of describing a hierarchy of folders through which you must navigate to reach your data. See Using the File Navigation Window and Creating a New Folder for examples of folder hierarchies.
Personal Folder
The folder that Windows believes is your personal area to store data. In Windows 95-98, this is a folder named My Documents, whose default location is on your C drive. In Windows XP, this is a folder named after you inside a folder named Documents and Settings.
