Disc Size

Monitors the amount of space available on your drives!

The purpose of Disc Size is to automate the process of monitoring the amount of free and used disc space on your system. A few times in my work, I've attempted a large task and haven't paid enough attention to the amount of space available on my system. Some personally embarrassing (or at least frustrating) moments include:

saving video from a digial video recorder and running out of disc space
using the C drive to gather the image from another machine and running out of disc space
being notified by the networking department that my server's data volume is dangerously low on space
attempting to install a program that requires more space than is available

If I'd written this program sooner, I would have maintained a higher level of awareness concerning the state of the storage I use every day.

License

Disc Size is free to use. No nag screens, no time bombs, no sales pitch to upgrade to the full-featured version, no spyware. Just a simple, free program.
