Perhaps the most prominent user of Keep Up is the research farm at the US Department of Agriculture's Beltsville Agricultural Research Center in Beltsville, Maryland.

There, a unit of the Research Support Services division uses Keep Up to track maintenance on a wide variety of vehicles and farming implements ranging from road vehicles to tractors, 18-wheelers, irrigation pumps, manure spreaders, and ATVs. They all require scheduled maintenance, and Keep Up helps them meet that requirement.
In addition to working very well to help maintain and track fleets of vehicles and equipment, Keep Up works equally well to track a few vehicles owned by an individual.
