Vehicle Maintenance Program
Keep Up keeps track of your vehicle maintenance. It can keep
track of a few personal vehicles or a fleet of a thousand vehicles. This
program:
- Maintains a list of your vehicle specifications and capacities (tune
up specifications, fluid specifications, etc.)
- Maintains records of your vehicles' maintenance parts
- Maintains records of scheduled maintenance you perform on your vehicles
- Maintains a schedule of when maintenance tasks should be performed
- Maintains records of unscheduled repairs
- Maintains records of your fuel purchases and miles per gallon
- Provides various reports related to the information you enter
- Notifies you when scheduled maintenance is due and provides a
list of the parts and specifications you will need to perform the
work
By using Keep Up, you are able to consolidate all your vehicle maintenance
information in one place, and you can be reminded to perform your maintenance
on time. This is essential if you maintain a fleet of vehicles, where
each vehicle may have different maintenance requirements than any other
vehicle in your fleet.
Newest
Feature:
A series of pictures can be attached to almost any entry. This can serve to help illustrate repair and maintenance steps/procedures and document revelant parts. For example, this illustration of the drive belt path for the 4 cyllinder Wrangler can be attached to the maintenance item and/or the part entry to serve as a reminder of how the belt goes on when it is replaced or removed for some other repair.
Installing Keep Up

place to work with the installer is your Desktop, so you should consider
saving the installer to that location when prompted.)
- Double-click the downloaded file (Keep Up setup) to
run the installer.
- Answer in the affirmative (next, yes, accept, OK, etc.) for the series
of installation screens.
- View the help file on your computer after installation, or view/print
the Adobe Acrobat (pdf) manual included in the installation (Start,
Programs, Keep Up, Keep Up Manual).
