When the Purchase button is clicked next to an item on the Maintenance Parts screen, the Parts Purchase window will open. Use this window to record the purchase(s) of the part listed in the heading. Use the small database navigator near the top to move back and forth through the parts in the category that is currently selected on the Maintenance Parts screen. Click on the word [Memo] in the Comments field to open the comments window in which you can enter or edit comments about the current maintenance part.
