To open a different database, select Open from the File menu. The Open dialog box will appear, as shown below. Use the dialog box's file navigation controls to navigate to the database you want to open, click on the database name, and click the Open button.
You can also get the Open dialog box by clicking on the Current Database path in the main window, as shown in the figure below.
