| · | Select the Break & Fix button from the button bar at the top of the window.

| · | Use the upper grid to enter records of unscheduled repairs, i.e., anything not covered in the Maintenance Schedule window.

| · | Use the lower grid to itemize parts and labor for the current repair record in the upper grid. As you change to different records in the upper grid, the contents of the lower grid will change to reflect only items associated with the currently selected repair.

| · | Click on the word [Memo] in the Comments field to open the comments window in which you can enter or edit comments about the selected repair.
