When the Associate button is clicked next to an item on the Maintenance Parts screen, the Associate Parts window will open. Use this window to associate the parts in the currently selected category with maintenance tasks. (The currently selected category is indicated in the window's title.) When you associate parts, they will appear beneath the appropriate tasks when Keep Up creates a task report.
Use the small database navigator near the top to move back and forth through the parts in the category that is currently selected on the Maintenance Parts screen. To associate the part with a task, select the task from the grid and click the Associate button at the bottom of the screen. To remove an association, click the Clear button.
