When the Associate button is clicked next to an item on the Capacities & Specifications screen, the Associate Capacities & Specifications window will open. Use this window to associate the capacities and specifications in the currently selected category with maintenance tasks. (The currently selected category is indicated in the window's title.) When you associate capacities and specifications, they will appear beneath the appropriate tasks when Keep Up creates a task report.
Use the small database navigator near the top to move back and forth through the specifications in the current category. To associate the specification with a task, select the task from the grid and click the Associate button at the bottom of the screen. To remove an association, click the Clear button.
